Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Quantity Surveyor.

• Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager

Responsibilities

• Quantity measurement on Structural works, Piping works, Electrical and instrumentation works, Mechanical and equipment works & Painting works.
• Reconcile MTO with the client.
• Monitoring changes on-site with production teams, including: Design drawing changes, Site instruction from Client, Job Confirmation Sheet from client, Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team, Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team.
• Compiling change proposal register.
• Preparation & submission of change proposal to Client for approval.
• Reconcile with Client on the change proposals submitted.
• Project Costs Control
• Contracts Management

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Min 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in Marine shipyard, Construction or similar industry
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders and colleagues.

Salary will be commensurate with experience, qualification and senior position
