Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

1. Support the Business in trade validation activities
2. Ensure all trades are validated and booked correctly, liaise with the Business or clients for any discrepancies timely
3. Ensure queries and escalations are managed in a timely manner
4. Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
5. Drive process improvement and system automation
6. Drive new ways of working and behaviour across the organisation to deliver faster, better, cost-efficient customer (internal and external service)
7. Participate / Support in projects, business-driven initiatives and UAT
8. Ensure compliance to Department and Bank’s operational risk and regulatory requirements
9. Continuous participation in “Growing the Team”: formalisation of team procedure, training, coaching colleagues, brainstorm ideas for any occasions, creating a fun environment among others

Experience

1. Degree holder preferred
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in derivatives processing and lifecycle management preferred
3. Good understanding of Front to Back Trade operational processes especially Trade control activities is an advantage
4. Exhibits good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management
6. Innovative mindset and constantly on the lookout to improve efficiency
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
