About the Company:

Our client is a well-established construction company in Singapore, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
• Oversee site operations, including project scheduling, resource planning, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with project regulations, construction standards, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Resolve site challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and lead the construction team to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with LTA project exposure.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
