Select Group is looking for a QA personnel to join our team to ensure the compliance of food hygiene and workplace safety for our Food Manufacturing business division.
Responsibilities:
Conducting daily food safety and hygiene inspections in central kitchens.
Creating awareness of workplace hygiene and safety aspects.
Evaluating adequacy, interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
Implementing plans and strategies to support provision of safe food products.
Devising sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
Conducting investigation in food safety related issues from internal/external party.
Coordinating and support quality an safety related audits
Skills/Qualifications:
Advanced/Higher Diploma/Degree in Food Science & Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in central kitchen or F&B outlets
Candidates certified with WSQ Food Hygiene Course Level 3 and knowledge in WSH will have an added advantage
Passionate in upholding food safety and possesses good knowledge of ISO22000 and SFA requirements
