Summary
Our program is designed to identify and cultivate talent, setting the incumbent up for success to become a highly skilled supply chain professional at our global Fulfillment & Textile Innovation Center (FTIC), focusing on warehousing and logistics operations, optimization and innovation, and project management, improving fulfillment capacity and efficiency.
Through a unified training program and rotation assignments across SHEIN’s global supply chain and warehouses (Locations may include Singapore, China, Mexico, Poland, Turkey, etc.), the incumbent will be brought into our global warehouse management, where he/she will be trained in warehouse operations and optimization projects.
Within a year, the trainees are expected to become key supply chain professionals in our global warehouses, undertake organizational strategies, and deliver excellence to meet organizational objectives. This is an accelerated pathway that will help unlock the fullest potential of talent(s) in the supply chain industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program focused on different facets of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.
- Take on rotational assignments in different locations with our global Fulfillment & Textile Innovation Center to broaden perspective and develop a well-rounded skill set.
- Shadow experienced professionals/mentors to learn best practices and gain practical knowledge of supply chain operations.
- Assist in analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain.
- Gain exposure to vendor management, supplier relationships, and contract negotiation processes.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and sustainability practices relevant to supply chain management.
- Complete projects as assigned by leader and mentor.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of relevant hands-on work experience in supply chain, warehouse, and inventory management.
- Experience in supervisory/warehouse material/inventory/logistics will be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, learning ability, and team collaboration.
- Good project management skills and strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in computer skills, i.e., MS Office, warehouse/inventory management systems (WMS), etc.
- Comfortable to work overseas due to rotational assignments.
