Job description

Position Overview:
As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and fostering strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience. Your technical knowledge, especially in the data center sector, will be essential in establishing credibility and trust with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales targets and deliverables.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during client interactions, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position our solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance our offerings and improve the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales or sales engineering role, preferably within the data center industry.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deliver on business objectives.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of data center technologies is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
