Established in 2016, The Purple Parade Limited (“TPPL”) aims to support inclusion and celebrate abilities for PWDs in Singapore.
Through movements and initiatives such as The Purple Parade and the Purple Symphony, TPPL’s mission is to lead and organize programmes to deepen society’s understanding of PWDs of different disabilities, needs, aspirations and abilities.
Responsibilities
The GM/CEO will be responsible for spearheading, and charting the road map, for TPPL in its next phase of growth.
He/she will be the “face” of TPPL and will lead the strategic refresh.
Other areas of responsibility include:
Lead, guide and manage day-to-day operations of TPPL
Build collaborative networks to advance the cause of TPPL
Responsible for shaping the development and fund-raising function at TPPL

Proven track record as a leader and people builder
Ability to build connectivity with diverse groups, from communities to corporates and individuals
A “people person” with the ability to engage people from all backgrounds, from senior leaders to individuals on the ground
Ability in articulating, influencing and shaping desired outcomes
Ability to connect big picture to execution
Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves, go from big picture to detail executions
