Assistant Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop and execute proactive business plan for Marine in your assigned regions/countries.
2. Increase market share and brand awareness.
3. Develop and train distributors in your assigned regions/countries.
4. Engage in market/application monitoring in your region to ensure the product portfolio is aligned with customers’ demands.
5. Assist in the production of professional product brochures, videos and/or other marketing tools.
6. Prepare/participate in annual pricing revision.
7. Timely collection of Accounts receivables.
8. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly or periodic reports on sales in your assigned region, as required.
9. Perform any ad-hoc task assigned as per business requirements.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI):

1. Net Sales in your region (Machine & Parts)
2. Accounts receivable collections
3. Accurate, quality and timely report

Job Requirement & Qualification:

1. At least 2-3 years' experience in B2B sales in equipment, preferably exposed to various industries, e.g. Marine, Oil & Gas, Building & Construction, Manufacturing, etc.
2. Experience in international/regional sales, channel distribution, trade incoterms, project tendering may be advantageous.
3. Conversant in export trades, i.e. basic understanding of LC, Incoterms, contract reviewing, etc.
4. Achievement oriented, team player, attention to details.
5. Willing to travel extensively.
6. Valid Class 3 driving license.
7. MS office application and SFDC with good understanding.
