Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee incoming, IPQC, and outgoing inspection.
• Establish and maintain SOP and Work Instruction (WI).
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production quality issues.
• Handle customers’ complaints (CAR) with effective corrective actions and close 8D on time.
• Provide training to QC inspectors.
• Perform QC inspectors’ job assignments.
• Conduct regular line audits and drive for quality improvement.
• Conduct internal ISO audits and manage external customer audits.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Able to read engineering drawings.
• Knowledge in GD&T and basic measuring equipment.
• Those with experience in using CMM will be considered favorably.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Knowledge in MS Excel.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
