Site Engineer/Project Coordinator

Job Description:

  1. Expanding Main Contractor looking for Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to be in charge of planning and coordination of projects.
  2. Report to Project Director / Project Manager.
  3. Liaise with Consultants, Sub-Contractors, and Vendors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance with schedule and required regulations/contract specifications.
  4. Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
  5. Monitor project costs including variation works.
  6. Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
  7. Coordinate and work with other departments and Vendors.
  8. Ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained.
  9. Manage project and ensure successful completion as well as handover of projects to the Clients.
  10. Other duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of working experience with Main Contractor/Builder in the related field is required for this position.
  2. 6 days work week.
  3. Good personality, responsible, able to meet deadlines, good team player.
  4. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree Certificate, Diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.
  5. Outspoken with good presentation skills.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Words, Project, AutoCAD, etc.
  7. Salary Range – S$3,200.00 to S$4,000.00 depending on qualifications and experience.
