Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Part-Time Chinese Tea Brewer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in Chinese tea culture and the ability to create both traditional and modern Chinese tea beverages.

• Brew and serve a variety of Chinese teas, ensuring consistent quality and taste

• Create modern Chinese tea-based beverages, experimenting with new flavors and techniques

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards

• Perform basic housekeeping duties and assist with stock taking

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Chinese tea varieties and brewing techniques

• Ability to operate basic POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent customer service skills with a cheerful and pleasant demeanor

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new beverage trends
