Job Summary
- Collaborate with Client Insights team members to produce actionable insights that inform product and strategic business choices.
- Assist in drafting research briefs and designing questionnaires for quantitative survey research.
- Set up, test, and implement surveys across digital banking channels utilizing the Qualtrics XM platform.
- Conduct analysis on raw survey data, including charting, statistical evaluation, and verbatim analysis.
- Utilize statistical tools and models (e.g., correlations, causation, driver analysis) to perform in-depth analysis.
- Develop self-service Tableau dashboards for stakeholders, including Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Insights practitioners.
- Communicate consumer insights effectively through comprehensive data visualizations, written reports, and engaging presentations for both virtual and in-person stakeholders.
- Employ proactive problem-solving skills to quickly formulate recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Exhibit strong collaboration skills and a passion for understanding business and user needs.
- Advocate for customer-centric approaches in product development, serving as the client's voice within the organization.
- Collaborate with external research partners and internal governance teams to ensure compliance with IT and risk management standards while meeting other governance requirements.
- Participate in the operational elements of the insights team, including overseeing the workload and adhering to internal regulation requirements.

- Support the standardized Research and Insights operating rhythm including research planning & prioritization, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model.

- Identify, assess, and support the control risks related to the Bank's use of external agencies and advise on risk mitigation approaches.

- Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Information Design, Psychology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years' of experience in supporting the design and execution of quantitative research studies including analysis and final report presentation to stakeholders.
- Operating knowledge of Qualtrics XM Platform (or similar) including survey build, dashboarding, TextIQ and reporting.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and visualisation software, such as R Studio, Tableau or PowerBI.
- Previous experience in managing big data sets advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft & Excel Skills.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Experience in qualitative research an advantage.
