Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the creative process from ideation through to execution, ensuring cohesive, high quality outputs across all projects
Integrate cutting-edge technologies like AI and machine learning into both digital and non-digital event strategies to maintain innovation and use of technology at the forefront
Stay up to date on industry and competitors’ trends and continuously incorporate new design techniques and technical capabilities to ensure the brand leads in the market
Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams, including Sales, to generate innovative and impactful event concepts aligned with customers’ briefs
Direct the creation and curation of multimedia content to enhance event experiences, using the latest and relevant technologies with creative methodologies and technics
Inspire, mentor, and develop a creative team, ensuring high-calibre performance, continuous growth, and a dynamic, collaborative culture
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all creative deliverables meet high standards and align with customer expectations and brand integrity
Balance creative vision with business objectives, ensuring creative excellence while meeting organizational goals and profitability
Manage project budgets, cost, timelines, and resources, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications & Other Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Design, Marketing, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience, preferably in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, with at least 5 years in a digital design, art direction, or creative leadership role
Proven track record of successfully leading major event exhibitions, campaigns, and brand development, demonstrated through a portfolio of hands-on, impactful work
Strong experience in creative and curation strategies, with a deep understanding of how-to craft and execute compelling event concepts that align with client objectives
Expertise in digital design tools, creative software, visual media and multimedia content creation
High proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Unreal Engine etc, and equivalent) for concept ideation and implementation
