Finance Executive (6 months Contract)

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, data input, verify all journals.
2. Perform month-end closing and prepare all necessary monthly audit schedules for auditing purposes.
3. Reconcile inter-companies balances with various regional offices through email.
4. Run monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reports.
5. Review daily receipt register (Excel form).
6. Prepare and data input for all receipts into accounting system.
7. Allocation and reconciliation of debtors’ accounts.
8. Prepare, verify and data input for VE & VM before handing for posting.
9. Create bank transfer/TT in UOB plus.
10. Prepare LC Documentation and submit to bank.
11. Payment cycle 2 times a month.
12. Staff expenses reimbursement 2 times a month.
13. Prepare GRN for goods receipt.
14. Banking to UOB – As and when is needed.
15. Liaison with banker for TT application and LC application and other banking matters.
16. Daily update of bank statement (Online) and liaise with credit controller.
17. Assist to liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
18. Assist to prepare data and information for auditor during and after audit and for tax agents.
19. Prepare and data input for ALL local and overseas employees expenses claims.
20. Collect incoming mail and distribute to relevant staff.
21. Assist to prepare necessary documents and ensure compliance with Big 5 control.
22. Issue DN and send to I/C based on information provided.
23. Back up for release of delivery orders and invoices when logistic staff is on Annual Leave or medical Leave.
24. Perform World Check for HK and SG entity.
25. As a backup for bank matters for 1 related company which is in the process of strike off.
26. Filling – Bank statement, hard copy invoices.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with experience will be advantageous.
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Experienced in using SUN System.
• Experienced in intercompany transactions and balances.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
