Job Description:
- Responsible for the general administration of all lease matters and documentation, including renewals and new tenancies for the group of companies.
- Assist in reviewing lease documents, preparing, and maintaining the leasing schedule.
- Manage the couriering and tracking of receipt/return of tenant-executed legal documents.
- Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them or Property Agents, followed by handling any necessary follow-ups with prospects.
- Work with Operations manager to maximize building occupancy/revenue.
- Perform marketing coordination tasks, including managing calls and emails.
- Address complaints and feedback related to tenancy matters from both existing and prospective tenants/agents.
- Assist in emergency response planning and conduct risk assessments.
- Collaborate with vendors and authorities to facilitate inspections, permits, and compliance matters.
- Source quotations for general maintenance of the buildings.
- Monitor and renew licenses and permits (e.g., lift, water tank, electrical license, fire certificate, etc.).
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/Marketing, Real Estate or property management preferred.
- 1-2 years of commercial leasing experience will be advantageous.
- Independent, resourceful and achievement driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision.
