Job description

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  2. Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent, including job fairs and collaborations with institutions.
  3. Identify manpower needs and ensure timely recruitment.

2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

  1. Handle orientation and onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
  2. Prepare employment contracts and letters of offer.
  3. Manage exit interviews, clearances, and offboarding procedures.

3. Compensation & Benefits Management

  1. Payroll processing and attendance management.
  2. Manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  3. Monitor compliance with local labor laws (CPF contributions, tax submissions, etc.).

4. Performance Management & Employee Development

  1. Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting performance reviews.

5. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance

  1. Provide advisory support on employee issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
  2. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  3. Manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.

6. HR Systems & Data Management (JUSTLOGIN)

  1. Set up attendance, payroll, and employee management SOP.

7. Hands-on HR Operations

  1. Personally handle sensitive HR matters, such as disputes, investigations, and legal cases.
  2. Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, such as timekeeping, overtime, and staff scheduling.

8. ADHOC Tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in Singapore.
  3. Strong knowledge of statutory regulations and the Employment Act.
  4. Maturity and ability to navigate through varied employment regulations and challenges.
  5. Flexibility and willingness to be very hands-on in all aspects of the role.
  6. Ability to deal appropriately with highly confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
  7. Prior experience in the F&B industry is a must.
  8. Speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with directors.
  9. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully.
