ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Keeping abreast of latest sports news or trends in fashion while maintaining in-depth product knowledge and communicating to customers effectively.
2. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport and customer loyalty.
3. Proactively follow up and execute day-to-day operations in-store to ensure seamless operations.
4. Be presentable at all times in the selling area, adhering to grooming standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in Retail/Sales in apparel/fashion/FW or FMCG retail.
2. Secondary/Certificate in Retail Management.
3. Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
