Facilities Engineer (Building Maintenance) - up to 4.5K #HHL

Location: Bukit Batok

Salary: Up to 4500

Work Schedule:

1. Comfortable working 5.5 and/or 6 days work week.
2. Comfortable to be deployed to different work sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the office internal maintenance including Electrical, Air-con, Plumbing, and Building issues.
2. Report to owner on defects and close the loop when completed.
3. Manage external sub-contractors and ensure monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
4. Prepare monthly meeting minutes and submit to owner.
5. Prepare monthly reports.
6. Prepare quotations for minor and A&A works.
7. Perform minor troubleshooting and hands-on work if required.

Requirements:

1. Min. Diploma or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aircon Maintenance qualification.
2. Min. 5 years working experience in Facilities Management, Building, Electrical, Mechanical, or Aircon Maintenance.
3. Good interpersonal skills and able to establish good rapport with clients.
