As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full HR Spectrum: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.
• Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Pass Applications: Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and comply with local labor laws.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, manage employee relations issues, and support conflict resolution.
• MOM Compliance: Stay updated on Singapore's labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices are compliant with MOM guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and payroll management.
• In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Experience with work pass applications and other MOM-related procedures.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus.
