Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our retail team. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

1. Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
2. Support the implementation of sales strategies and achievement of store targets
3. Train, mentor, and supervise sales associates to maintain high performance standards
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
5. Diploma and above
6. Entry-level / no working experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
7. Required Language: English
8. Interested in sales and enjoys meeting people
9. Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
10. Good team player, can-do attitude and self-motivated
11. Able to work anywhere in Singapore
12. Only Singaporeans (no quota available)
