Working Hours:

Monday to Sunday and Public Holidays (PH): 6-day shift rotation

First Shift: 10 AM - 6 PM

Second Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer [Concierge]. As a Customer Service, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional. You will be responsible for providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that every customer feels valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  2. Providing accurate information about store locations, promotions, and mall events.
  3. Resolving customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
  4. Ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere in the mall at all times.
  5. Supporting mall management in creating a seamless shopping experience.
  6. Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-1 years in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with residents and team members.
  • Customer Service: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Administrative Skills: Basic knowledge of data entry and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Education: Must possess a secondary education or high school diploma.
