The Dental Executive Trainee Program is a leadership development program that seeks to groom motivated individuals to take on key positions in clinic operations.
Prepares a working space in a dental facility for dental procedures.
Assists dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment.
Ensures smooth clinic operation on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure all patients are attended to promptly and courteously.
Ensure all clinic equipment is in good working condition.
Ensure a high standard of infection control.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Area Manager from time to time.
Assistant Clinical Trainer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Training
Conduct Basic, Intermediate, Advanced & Front-desk classes to dental assistants.
Educate dental assistants on protocols and best practices.
Demonstrating proper techniques for tasks such as chairside assistance, sterilization procedures, and patient care.
Conduct relevant training classes assigned by Management, Principal or HR.
To stand-in for colleague (trainer when they are on leave / MC to ensure no disruption of training classes.
Development
Providing guidance and mentorship to trainees to develop their skills and confidence.
Identify training and development needs within organisation through performance evaluation and regular check-in (on-site or off-site).
Evaluating DA’s competency through written exams, practical assessments, and observation of clinical skills to determine their readiness for promotion.
Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training.
Monitor and review the progress of the trainees and provide regular checks in clinics.
Help managers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups.
Promoting a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement among dental assistant trainees.
And any other HR or Training projects / initiatives and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Patient Relation Officer (PRO)
Attend to all patients’ inquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, promptly and courteously.
To register patients, either for an appointment or walk-in treatment.
Upon completion of consultation and treatment, to discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting accurate payment, and scheduling of next appointments.
To collect payment accurately, either by cash, nets, cheques, or credit cards.
To enter every consultation and treatment fee as well as sales of products into the computer accurately.
To print receipts/tax invoices and medical certificates from the computer.
To file patients’ treatment cards correctly.
To maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the clinic at all times.
To check and receive delivery of clinic’s supplies from Approved Vendor.
To pack clinic supplies and medications received in the prescribed manner.
To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Company, the Doctors, Clinic Supervisor(s), or AM of the clinic.
Dental Surgery Assistants (DSA)
Assist dental surgeon(s) in all forms of dental treatment.
Attend to all patients seeking treatments and/or making inquiries at the clinic promptly and courteously.
Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the clinic and treatment room.
Maintain dental equipment and instruments in good working condition.
Discharge patients by dispensing medication, collecting payment, and scheduling of next appointment.
Develop X-ray/OPG for assessment of treatment.
Send, receive and monitor cases that are sent to the dental laboratory.
Ensure a high standard of infection control.
Associate Dental Surgeon (Full/Part-Time)
Full / Part Time needed at established practices island-wide.
General Dental Practitioner, Endodontist, Orthodontist, Periodontist, Prosthodontist, Paedodontist, Oral Surgeon.
