Long Term Part Time (UP$20/hour) Govt TeleSurveyor - Customer Service

Salary Packages: Monday - Friday (4 hours a day)

• 12.30pm to 4pm - $1,200 / month
• 5.30pm to 9.30pm - $1,600 / month

Location: City Hall MRT

Job Description:

• Collecting data by conducting structured surveys over the phone.
• Entering the responses into the computer system after conducting the survey.
• Conducting satisfactory surveys with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year commitment.
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels.
• Able to work for the long term with part-time hours.
• Comfortable conducting surveys over the phone.
• Able to handle rejections if customers decline the call or interview.

Benefits:
