Assist the Management and QEHS Manager in overseeing all safety, health and environmental matters and supervising all Safety Coordinators and Safety Supervisors.
Advise the various Managers in charge of all company worksites, including Project sites, Stores, Workshop/Warehouse, HQ on all workplace safety and health issues as well as environmental issues as required by Government Regulations.
Conduct regular and ad hoc site inspections and report any safety and health findings to the Management and respective Managers in charge of the work sites.
Attend to and investigate any incidents that cause bodily injuries to any person working on the site.
Assist in organizing safety campaigns, safety talks, or any relevant safety promotional activities supported by Site Project Manager or any other persons in charge of the work sites.
Discuss any non-compliance findings on safety with the Safety Manager, respective Managers, or any other persons in charge of the work sites.
Maintain copies of the relevant Acts and other legislation for site reference as issued by the Occupier, respective Managers, or any other persons in charge of the work sites.
Ensure that respective sites’ safety & health related documentation are compiled, collated, and maintained as required by the relevant acts and legislations.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Safety Manager or Management of the company.
Job Requirements
Registered with MOM as WSHO.
2-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction industry.
Familiar with ISO 45000 / OSHAS 18001 / ISO 14001.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Singapore driving license.
Freshly qualified WSHO candidates may also be considered.
