Senior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general QS duties, including pre/post-contract tasks, quantity take-offs, cost control, variations, and tender administration.
• Prepare budgetary quotes for corporate clients.
• Source, compare, and liaise with suppliers for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams to meet clients' financial and resource needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial interior design or renovation (not construction).
• Independent, proactive, self-motivated, meticulous, and resourceful.
• Preferred: Experience in Quantity Surveying or similar roles.
