Senior Accountant / Finance Manager (Trading Commodities/Group Consolidation)

Job Description:

1. Cash Flow Management - Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity and ensure adequate working capital for trade finance operations.
2. Working Capital and Cost Analysis - Analyse working capital efficiency and monitor the costs of trade finance instruments, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
3. Trade Transaction Profitability - Assess profitability by trade transactions or clients, producing reports that detail revenue, costs, and net margins. Manage and review complete monthly financial accounts.
4. Prepare consolidation financial reports and liaise with the external auditor.
5. Prepare the financial statements for the group.
6. Respond to accounting-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
7. Perform other general accounting duties assigned to the accounting team.
8. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
3. Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
