Summary:

• Monday - Friday only; 9am - 6pm

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Bachelor in Human Resources / Finance / Business Administration or its relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial transactions and accounts.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage payments and collections.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle invoices and vendor payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare P&L statements and balance sheets.
• Payroll: Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
• Employee Life Cycle: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
