Responsible for all Engineering activities for Cyber Security or Network Security products (Such as SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DNS Security, DLP, NDR, etc..) * more product skill will be given preference.
Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project.
Provide technical solution initiative, PoC, implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation.
Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job.
Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirement
At least 1-3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity or network security related solutions (i.e. Web Proxy or Next Generation Firewall). Particularly in the areas of administration of such solutions.
Graduates from Information Technology and Cybersecurity related fields students are welcome to apply.
Able to perform system as well as endpoint & network troubleshooting to isolate the cause of the issue
Past experience on Cyber Security Products & Cyber Security Knowledge are added advantages
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Willing to work hard and have passion to learn about new technologies
