Executive, Regional Health System Operations (Contract)

You will plan and manage the population health projects driven by the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS). You will facilitate projects, coordinate and support management activities including meetings and preparation of papers, proposals, project management, costing/budgeting and reports.

You will assist to provide analytics and facts on RHS efforts to identify, plan and develop new population health projects and capitation initiatives. You will collate and track performance indicators of the care integration programmes and initiatives driven by the RHS.

You will liaise with RHS internal stakeholders, including clinical and operational departments from SingHealth institutions involved in population health projects and capitation initiatives driven by the RHS. You will cultivate and maintain strong networks with key community healthcare services and partners including VWOs, allied health and home nursing services, and other relevant social services and community-based organisations. You will also work with business units to understand data requirements and establish criteria to collect the relevant information for analysis and support data collection and reporting of key performance indicators for the RHS programmes, population health projects, and capitation initiatives.

In addition, you will serve as a project facilitator for approved projects and support their development and implementation. You will apply appropriate problem-solving tools and skills to help resolve issues and cross hurdles.

You will provide administrative support, assist in the annual work plan exercise, plan and organise RHS retreats and events, and provide secretarial support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics, and workflow engineering and re-engineering would be an added advantage.
• Good presentation skills and ability to write well.
• Highly independent but yet effective in a team setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
• Proactive team player.
• Resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
