The Facilities Manager assists the SFM in leading the Facilities Operation team, comprising individuals with multi-disciplinary technical skills. This includes ensuring the proper submission of maintenance works & services plans for all systems/equipment by specialists and other periodic contractors prior to user endorsement.
He/she assists the FOM in overseeing maintenance tasks coordinated by the maintenance team and contractors, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with contractual requirements.
He/she assists the user in working on repair/replacement, alteration/additional works, providing comprehensive cost estimations within stipulated time frames as part of his/her work scope.
The submission of all deliverables required under MWS, AHWS, Estate Administrative Services, and Tenant Fit Out shall be under his/her purview.
He/she shall also be the competent person to assist the FOM in vetting and approving monthly reports and other submissions relating to Maintenance Works and Services (MWS), Ad-Hoc Works and Services (AHWS), Estate Administrative Services, Facilities Management & Services, Professional Engineers, and Specialist Services before submission to the Authority.
