Assembly & Test Supply Manager (New Product Introduction)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Supplier Performance and Relationships

• Own procurement process for designated areas and accounts

• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs

• Develop, monitor and present team KPIs on a monthly basis

• Support cash flow management, and the execution of Global Procurement strategies

• Identify process gaps and Implement process improvements

• Identify productivity improvement opportunities and use RPA/Power BI or other automation tools to automate tasks

• Have deep knowledge to serve as a consultant for procurement process and supplier issues

• Support monthly and quarterly Supplier performance reviews

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to be a persuasive advocate

• Demonstrated relationship management skills

• Innovation and teamwork focused

• Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage

• Knowledge of RPA and Power BI

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in:

• Engineering

• Supply Chain Management

• Related field of study

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in one or more of the following:

Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain
