Junior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

1. Material ordering and budget tracking on quantities for main materials (e.g., rebars, tiles).
2. Measurement, payment response, and evaluation of VO for the subcontractor.
3. Measurement and VO submission to Client/Consultants.
4. Ensure meticulous assessment of costs for all VO works.
5. Advising project team on contractual rights.
6. Source for suppliers/subcontractors and generate quotation reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
2. Working experience in the construction industry is a plus.
3. Good in PSSCOC and SIA is an advantage.
4. Good team player.
5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
