Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer/ Underground Train Tunnel/ SMRT)

• Position: Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer/ Underground Train Tunnel/ SMRT)
• Location: Bedok / Woodlands (Bus nearby)
• Working hours: 5.5 day week / 830-5.30 / Saturday 8.30-12.30 (WORK FROM HOME / REMOTE ONLY)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $7,200 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing the entire operation of the company.
• Execute the order and decision of the management committee.
• Coordinate with all site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and liaise with drafter to propose, amend and submit all related drawings.
• Coordinate and liaise with all project staff and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Attend meetings with clients; prepare all necessary documents/materials for submission of the project.
• Submit all schedules, procurement, and documents on time.
• Report any work incidents to your superior; take initiative to solve problems or consult your immediate superior for assistance.
• Keep track of site documentation records for easy reference.
• Conduct in-house toolbox meetings and ensure all safety issues at the site.
• Budgeting and planning in execution of ongoing works and tenders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or at short notice.
