Job description

Join our dynamic team as aProperty Management Executive and bring your expertise in property and facility management to the forefront. This role requires a proactive mindset and attention to detail, ensuring exceptional living spaces for our clients.

What You’ll Do:

1. Maintenance Coordination

  • Serve as the key contact for repairs and maintenance, collaborating with vendors, contractors, and building management to ensure timely resolutions.

2. Vendor Management

  • Take charge of sourcing contractors, defining requirements, and negotiating terms to secure competitive quotes for projects.

3. Records and Documentation

  • Ensure seamless record-keeping with organized, easily accessible files and digital storage systems.

4. Preventive Maintenance Planning

  • Partner with Technicians to design and implement schedules for proactive maintenance and upgrades.

5. Billing and Notifications

  • Oversee maintenance fee billing for guests and landlords, issuing reminders and ensuring on-time payments.

6. Facility Bookings

  • Manage bookings for community amenities like BBQ pits, tennis courts, and function rooms, ensuring efficient operations.

7. Lease Management

  • Maintain lease agreements with landlords, nurture positive relationships, handle renewals, and manage lease-related documentation in coordination with agents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years in a relevant role, preferably within a Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English is essential, with conversational Mandarin as an added advantage.
  • Availability: Candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
