Position: Technician, Moulding

Location: Singapore

The position will be based in our corporate office in Woodlands. We are looking for someone motivated, willing to learn and who is a strong team player. You will be welcomed into our closely knit team and will be given many opportunities to grow with us. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed tests and inspections on mold samples to assess their quality, durability, and functionality.
2. Use specialized testing equipment and tools to measure various parameters such as dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and mechanical properties.
3. Record and analyze test results, documenting findings and providing detailed reports on mold performance.
4. Identify defects or non-compliance issues in molds and collaborate with the engineering and production teams to resolve them.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all testing activities and results.
6. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the testing process.
7. Assist in developing and implementing new testing procedures and methodologies.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

1. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field preferred.
2. Previous experience in a testing role, preferably in the manufacturing or mold industry.
3. Strong understanding of mold design, production processes, and testing methods.
4. Proficiency in using testing equipment and software for data analysis.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Open to candidates without the necessary work experience as long as you are willing to learn!
