Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide operational support for HR activities that align with organizational goals.
  • Address employee relations matters by offering guidance in line with company policies and regulatory requirements, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Assist with key people processes, including, but not limited to, onboarding, workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee offboarding.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as updating processes or assisting in new system rollouts, to ehance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Leverage Workday analytics to deliver insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties and contribute to projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR generalist, HR business partner, or related HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR operations and process improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems.
  • Good understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., Singapore’s MOM regulations).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
