Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years of extensive HR experience, ideally within Fintech, Financial services or Technology sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions, including Operations, Systems, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Employee Relations, and working practices.
Exceptional interpersonal presence and credibility, coupled with outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experiences.
Highly adaptable and motivated, with a proven ability to thrive in multicultural environments.
Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly within a team and working independently when needed.
Availability to accommodate global time zones.
Experience in a fast-paced fintech or high-tech startup environment is a significant advantage.
