HR Executive or Senior Executive

About the role

TG Group Of Companies is seeking an experienced HR Executive or Senior Executive to join our dynamic HR team in our Tai Seng North-East Region office. This is a full-time position, playing a crucial role in supporting the HR functions across our diverse organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and address HR-related needs
• Assist with the recruitment and selection of talent, including reviewing CVs, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
• Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Support on employment-related policies, procedures and compliance
• Administer HR-related systems, records and documentation
• Assist with the development and delivery of employee training and development programmes
• Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and wellbeing
• Perform Human Resource tasks, duties, and general admin roles.
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end cycle together with Talent Acquisition Executives.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records, i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, unpaid leaves, shift codes etc.
• Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and company events as required.
• Doing research for employment regulation, industrial practice, compensation and benefit for HR policy setting.
• Assist in implementing and handling staff performance management, appraisal, etc.
• Handle all workpass applications, renewal, cancellations, booking air tickets and levy matters, etc.
• Update employee data and information on the government’s website, e,g., MOM.
• Submission of documents according to government’s requirements.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a large, diverse organisation
• Fresh graduates who are keen to learn are also welcome to apply
• Knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices and core HR functions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills , with the ability to interact effectively at all levels
• Proficient in HR system management and data analysis
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passionate about driving positive change and enhancing the employee experience
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be an advantage
• Multi-lingual will be an advantage as this position needs to deal with some foreign workers from different countries.
