Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Address incoming queries related to grant projects professionally and efficiently
2. Assist customers with concerns and work toward effective resolutions
3. Conduct follow-up calls and written updates to ensure customer queries are resolved within service standards
4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups
5. Draft and respond to customer emails with clarity, professionalism, and accuracy
6. Identify complex cases and escalate them to the appropriate teams or channels as needed
7. Ensure all inquiries are handled in compliance with project guidelines and company standards
8. Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate seamless case resolutions
9. Assist with any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a contact center, customer service, or administrative support role is preferred
2. Skilled in managing cases, documentation, and escalations with accuracy
3. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, contact center systems, and case management platforms
4. Ability to think critically, resolve customer concerns, and provide solutions proactively
5. Thrives in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with high customer interaction
