Customer Service Assistant (Invoice/PO - Freight Forwarding) - Up to $3000

• Position: Customer Service Officer (NO EXP REQ - Freight Forwarding)
• Location: Near Jurong East MRT
• Working hours: 5.25 days work week: Monday- Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm / Alternate Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 basic + Variable Bonus + Medical + Dental (cap at $750 per year)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Freight Forwarding

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ shipments.
• Co-ordinate & Liaise with vendors between customers and transporters, warehouse etc.
• Provide support to sales department.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to process and execute jobs.
• Documentation and invoicing.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
• Diploma in Logistics / relevant discipline is preferred.
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years related experience may be considered.
• Candidate without experience is welcome as FULL TRAINING is provided.
