Job Overview: The Restaurant CEO will be responsible for leading and driving the overall success and growth of the restaurant chain. This role demands strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for culinary excellence. The CEO will ensure robust financial health and consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.

I. Responsibilities and Duties

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and objectives for the restaurant chain.
2. Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurants including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
3. Operations Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective restaurant operations, maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
4. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the executive team and staff to achieve business objectives.
5. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion and growth within the industry.

II. Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
3. Proven track record of successful strategic planning and implementation.
4. Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and reporting.
5. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
