[GOVT] Finance Executive (Fixed Assets / Contract) - JL

Nearest MRT: Labrador Park
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6pm (Mon – Thu), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Fri)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,500 per month (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the annual asset verification cum asset write-off exercise in preparation for office relocation.
• Work with the vendor to troubleshoot issues faced during the asset verification exercises conducted using RFID technology.
• Support the asset tagging exercise post office relocation.
• Assist with asset management transactions/postings in Workday and Digital Workplace Asset Management System, reconciliations, etc.
• Any other ad hoc assignments, e.g., liaise with auditors on asset matters.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience in the government sector with expertise in asset management.
• Proficient in Workday & Digital Workplace Asset Management System.
• Only Singaporeans.
