We Need You...

The Executive Producer has responsibility for the total delivery of a project, from brief to execution. Working as part of a tightly knit team, the EP brings truly memorable experiences to life and works very closely with a multitude of colleagues, partners, suppliers and of course clients. Exceptional time and project management skills, as well as passion and agility, are essential for success. The EP works closely with the senior management in actively supporting client relationships and growing revenue by acting as a business strategist and trusted advisor to clients. The EP supervises the project team to ensure that all work - from creative concepts to logistics and technical - delivers against agreed objectives and budget parameters and surpasses clients’ expectations.

Day-to-Day Accountabilities

  1. Leadership: Lead processes and meetings and teams.
  2. Business Development: Where required, support the business development team with developing pitches. Confidently promote SIGHT and its services through presentation of credentials and capabilities.
  3. Production Management: Understand the brief, scoping of the project and allocating the necessary resources and budget.
  4. Collaboration: Work with various team members including Creative, and Technical to deliver projects.
  5. Communication: Ensure clear communication to the client and team regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules etc. Regular client and team meetings and ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, manage client expectations, vendor negotiations and reconciliation.
  7. Standard Operating Procedures: Implementation and strict adherence of Standard Operating Procedures.

Who You Are

Minimum of 15+ years experience delivering large scale events, meetings and conferences.

You are an experienced multiskilled professional, with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management and multiple team coordination.

A background in technical event management would be highly beneficial.

Outgoing, friendly, sense of team spirit, confident and dedicated to event management.

You are highly organised with exceptional project management, administration, organisational and communication skills, as well as flawless attention to detail.

Willing to travel onsite to events across Asia-Pacific.

You have an excellent working knowledge of Google Suite + MS Office.

You are unfazed by tight deadlines, multiple projects and conflicting priorities and remain calm and collected under pressure.

Tricks of the Trade

  • Proficient in G-Suite preferred with a back up in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
