Accounts Executive / AP / GL / 5 days / Buona Vista & Kallang

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE @ BUONA VISTA / MANUFACTURING CO / UP TO $4800

Responsibilities:
• Assist in quarterly consolidation package
• Daily system operation in general ledger
• Balance Sheet account reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for annual and quarterly audit
• Daily system operation in account payable maintenance
• Supplier and customer master data maintenance
• Assist in cashflow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in corporate income tax data preparation
• Assist in GST report data
• Assist in annual inventory stock take
• Ad-hoc support for all accounting and finance duties

Requirements:
• Min Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• Min 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in MNC and manufacturing industry
• Preferable with SAP knowledge

ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE @ KALLANG / MANUFACTURING CO / UP TO $3800

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
• Reconcile accounts payable statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts payable reports.
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to address payment queries.
• Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassifications.
• Oversee GST reporting and Fixed Assets management.
• Assists in quarterly internal and external audit.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.

Requirements:

• LCCI / CAT / others finance or accounting related studies
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related finance role
• Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with accounts payable best practices and procedures
