JOB DESCRIPTION
A homegrown trading company with global presence is currently looking for a Secretary to support the CEO’s daily operations.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing executive and administrative support such as managing calendar, meeting schedules, preparing reports, presentations, preparing meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and providing materials that the CEO needs for meetings and appointments.
The Secretary will also assist the CEO in managing projects by tracking deliverables, coordinating projects, providing research, and monitoring timelines.
The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact for matters involving the CEO, with responsibilities to act as gatekeeper in handling correspondence and inquiries, communicating with stakeholders, and handling emails while maintaining utmost confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Additionally, the Secretary will handle the planning and arranging of travel itineraries such as flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. The role requires openness to travel for about 40% of the year to assist the CEO with business trips.
