Ticketing Officer cum Checker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ticketing Officer cum Checker to join our busy customer service team at StarMart Express Air Asia Liner Pte Ltd' in the Central Region. This full-time role is responsible for providing excellent customer service through the booking and ticketing process, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming calls and emails from customers to process ticket bookings and enquiries
• Checking and verifying customer information and booking details for accuracy
• Issuing and processing tickets, invoices and other documentation
• Providing timely updates and information to customers throughout the booking process
• Resolving customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably within the travel or transportation industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficient in the use of relevant booking and ticketing systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A passion for delivering a positive customer experience

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Basic computer skills
• Training will be provided
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good multitasking ability to take up assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays
• Work location – Beach Road and Boon Lay
