Admin Assistant (Data Entry) - Up to $3200 + AWS
Job description
Position: Admin Assistant (VESSELS-MARINE/SHIPPING)
Location: Near Farrer Park MRT
Working hours: 5 days (Monday- Friday /9.00am-6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 Basic + AWS + Performance bonus + 14 days Annual Leave
Duration: Permanent
Industry: SHIP BROKERING SERVICES
Main Responsibilities:
- Data entry for company system
- Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate
- Process payments to suppliers and handle suppliers’ inquiries for any payment related matters
- Handle petty cash and monthly staff expenses claim
- Handle simple translation from Chinese into English for monthly report
- Answer phone calls and other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Arrange lunch or dinner appointment (finding restaurant and make reservation)
- Prepare monthly report
- Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Ability to use Microsoft office, ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Have 1 year experience
- Candidate without experience is welcome to apply - FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
- Minimum Diploma above
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
