What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

1. Perform maintenance activities according to procedures with good engineering practices.
2. Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
3. Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in areas under one's responsibility.
5. Complete all assigned training on time and also prior to work execution.
6. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

1. ITE or Diploma (Mechanical engineering or equivalent)
2. Proficiency in computer usage
3. Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating shift.
4. Willing to learn new things with a positive work attitude.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

1. Background in Biopharma/API.
2. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
3. Ability to read and interpret detailed P&ID and Engineering Drawing
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
