What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Perform maintenance activities according to procedures with good engineering practices.
Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.
Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in areas under one's responsibility.
Complete all assigned training on time and also prior to work execution.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing desired results/KPIs.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
ITE or Diploma (Mechanical engineering or equivalent)
Proficiency in computer usage
Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating shift.
Willing to learn new things with a positive work attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Background in Biopharma/API.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Ability to read and interpret detailed P&ID and Engineering Drawing
Excellent time management and organizational skills
