Across Singapore, we are looking for passionate and driven Outdoor Sales Executives who create strong connections with our customers to discover how our products and services can empower them in this technology-driven world.

Make an Impact by

• Engaging and interacting with customers face to face
• Arriving at sales events on time to engage with customers
• Liaising with customers on pre and post sales for service signed related products
• Liaising with sales support on any order or customer’s issue
• Educating accurately and convincingly to customers on SingTel products
• Advising customers on their needs regarding Singtel services like installation for Fibre.
• Managing customer expectations for the service and installation
• Providing accurate and correct information for customers to compare our service with other Telecos.
• Providing excellent follow-up with customers on any enquiry
• Following road show duty roster
• Attending sales meetings/training for the latest promotion.
• Able to learn and provide excellent sales services in various sales environments (Road Show / Shop / Telesales / Digital platform)
• Managing sales leads from New Build Projects and Expats Program.
