Job Responsibilities
Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, maintenance and repair on designated equipment
Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Resolve customer service delivery issues
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area
Qualifications & Requirements
Candidate should be Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions
Possess some basic IT skills
Possess minimum 3 years of experience in LED Displays
Experience in LED controller software
Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
